Ally Sheedy Bio
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, an American actress. Following her film debut in 1983's Bad Boys, she was part of the Brat Pack of actors. She also appeared in WarGames The Breakfast Club and Short Circuit. Sheedy won an Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor for her performance in the role of Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Sheedy was married to David Lansbury married on April 12 1992. David Lansbury was the son Edgar Lansbury's original producer of Godspell and also the nephew of the actress Angela Lansbury. Beckett was born to them in 1994. Sheedy has learned from Beckett's transition to a transgender. Alexandra Elizabeth Ally Sheedy, born June 13th, 1962 in the city of New York, is an American actor and stage actress. She is also the author of two books. Her most notable roles are the lead actress in Brat Pack's films The Breakfast Club, and St. Elmo's Fire. The Breakfast Club by John Hughes: Why? The movie's title "The Breakfast Club" is actually a term used by some schools to refer to detention. Students are most likely to arrive in detention around the time breakfast is served. It's the Next Generation. Sheedy is now an educator. She's taken students who are acting under her wing within the City College of New York City.
