Sutton Foster, an actor who sings, dances, and performs, has appeared in eleven Broadway shows and the most recent production of Violet. She also portrayed the roles in Broadway in The Drowsy Chaperone and Little Women. The actress's Tony Award winning performances include Anything Goes, Thoroughly Modern Millie and Young Frankenstein. Sutton Foster was the Star Search contestant at the age of 15 and appeared on Bunheads and Psych. She has also been in Sesame Street and Law and Order SVU. as a solo performer, Sutton has appeared across the United States and internationally, as well as together with their musical director Michael Rafter... performing songs from her debut solo CD "Wish" along with the follow-up CD "An Evening With Sutton Foster: Live at the Caf Carlyle." She performed on stages at Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub and many others. In 2011, she earned an Honorary Doctorate degree from Ball State University where she has also been appointed as a professor and advisor to in the Department of Theatre and Dance. Since March 2015 she has been a part of TVLand's debut series "Younger" produced by Darren Star.
