Geena Davis

Geena Davies is an American actress and producer who has also been writing, a feminist rights advocate, and woman's rights activist. The actress has been recognized in all of her roles on television and for her numerous roles in Hollywood. Before her debut as a film actress, she worked as a fashion designer and made it to the semi-finals of the Team of Women's Archery at Olympics. From her childhood, her passion for music led her to studying piano and flautist. She also played the organ at Wareham Church. Then she moved into New York City after graduating from Boston University with a degree in theater. The city was a tough place to be and found herself doing a range of odd jobs before getting the opportunity to break into acting. Modeling was her profession throughout her career before making her film debut, 'Tootsie. The film was made in 1982. Then, her acting career was very successful and she received the Oscar Award. Additionally, she was awarded the Golden Globe Award for her appearance in a TV drama series. Reza has been married to her. they have three kids: A son, daughter and a grandchild.
